Russell E. Carnahan
Russ Carnahan has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1987. His practice concentrates on employment and union side labor law, employee benefits, and civil rights litigation. Clients include labor organizations in the public and private sectors, in areas that include the construction industry, law enforcement, and the fire service.
Admitted to the bar for the State of Ohio in 1984. Also admitted to the bar of: the United States District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; and, the United States Supreme Court.
